Pros & Cons

PROS
The massive infotainment screen serves the Pack One 59 kWh as a brilliant, responsive digital command center.
The automatic transmission in the Pack One 59 kWh entirely removes left-leg fatigue in bumper-to-bumper traffic.
The BE-6E pulls effortlessly, even with a fully loaded cabin and AC running.
The robust suspension simply swallows up deep, unpredictable city potholes.
Cabin insulation effectively blocks out annoying traffic noise and wind sheer.
The elevated seating position commands instant respect in heavy city traffic.
Machine-cut alloys drastically improve the HTK+ Standard Range's curb appeal compared to standard rims.
The massive, lag-free touchscreen makes navigating through heavy city traffic and controlling media totally effortless.
The automatic gearbox transforms this CARENS-ELECTRIC into a completely effortless and smooth daily driver.
The cabin features premium, soft-touch materials that genuinely rival much more expensive European cars.
The bold, aggressive front fascia guarantees the CARENS-ELECTRIC stands out aggressively in a sea of boring crossovers.
The sheer volume of out-of-the-box gadgets offered in the HTK+ Standard Range puts almost all direct competitors to shame.
CONS
Standard steel wheels make the BE-6E look too basic and utilitarian at this tier.
You sacrifice the aesthetic appeal and airiness of a glass roof at this trim tier.
Relying purely on passive safety means the BE-6E Pack One 59 kWh misses out on modern collision-avoidance tech.
The heavy body-on-frame setup means the ride can feel noticeably bouncy on bad roads.
Wind and tire noise start creeping into the BE-6E's cabin at sustained high speeds.
The sheer size of the BE-6E makes tight city U-turns feel like a daily workout.
Missing out on a factory parking camera at this budget feels like severe budget-cutting by Kia.
Skipping the sunroof on the HTK+ Standard Range is a massive letdown for buyers expecting the full premium Kia experience.
Relying entirely on passive safety means you miss out on the brilliant collision-avoidance tech found in higher trims.
The excessive use of glossy piano black interior trims acts as a massive magnet for dust, fingerprints, and nasty micro-scratches.
The polarizing, hyper-aggressive design language means the CARENS-ELECTRIC certainly isn't for everyone.
The sloping, aggressive roofline cuts noticeably into rear-seat headroom, making it feel claustrophobic for taller passengers.
